PROJECT COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT
Activity Title 1: Project Coordination and Management
The project coordination and management includes the coordination of project partners' activities, constant monitoring regarding the attaining of partial project results and their compliance with defined goals, preparation of reports and keeping up with the documentation trail.
Activity Title 2: Organization of Partner's Meetings
The Project Group and the Project's Supervisory Committee shall be held responsible for the project implementation. The meetings of partners take place every second month with the aim to review the implementation of activities, the use of funds and to reach an agreement on further activities.
